Streamba appoints Beena Sharma as Strategic Adviser
Press release | 22 April 2026
Appointment strengthens Streamba's commercial and climate strategy, accelerating the rollout of VOR Forge, governed AI that turns plain language operational requests into trusted live operational views to cut reactive movements, cost and avoidable emissions.

Streamba has appointed Beena Sharma as Strategic Adviser, adding commercial, climate and scale up experience as the company expands VOR Forge across upstream energy supply chain and logistics operations.
Sharma is Co-Founder and CEO of CCU International and brings experience across cleantech, renewables, oil and gas, and business growth. At Streamba, she will support the commercial scale up of VOR Forge and help sharpen the company's market proposition around stronger execution, lower avoidable emissions and tighter operational control across complex energy supply chains.
Scaling governed AI for upstream operations
VOR Forge is a governed AI capability within VOR, Streamba's command centre and governed execution layer for upstream supply chain and logistics. It turns plain language operational requests into live operational views and watchlists built on trusted VOR data.
Forge helps teams surface issues faster, challenge unnecessary movements with evidence, and keep the next step inside approved workflows with full auditability. Built to work through existing systems and approved VOR APIs, Forge is designed to strengthen execution, not bypass control.
One trusted operational picture
Streamba's VOR is live in upstream energy supply chain and logistics operations across Guyana, the UK, Qatar and Australia, serving as the governed execution layer above systems of record and specialist tools.
Used this way, VOR helps operators reduce delay, control avoidable supply chain and logistics spend, and lower emissions associated with reactive sailings, ad hoc flights and premium freight. It gives teams one trusted operational picture across cargo, materials, readiness and logistics execution without forcing rip and replace.
"Upstream teams do not need more disconnected reporting. They need faster answers, stronger control and fewer reactive movements across the supply chain," said Beena Sharma. "What makes VOR Forge compelling is that it helps operators intervene earlier using trusted data and governed workflows. That matters for cost and resilience, but it also matters because every unnecessary sailing, flight or premium freight movement carries an emissions consequence."
"The next wave of enterprise AI is not about a chatbot sitting beside the operation. It is about turning plain language intent into governed operational software that works through existing systems and approved APIs," said Steven Calder, CEO of Streamba. "In high consequence supply chain and logistics, that raises the value of human expertise, not lowers it. VOR Forge helps teams frame the issue quickly on trusted data, and VOR keeps the next step inside governed workflows with approval and full audit. Beena brings real credibility on both the commercial and climate sides, and that will help us sharpen why better execution is also a practical route to lower avoidable emissions."
About Streamba
Streamba is the company behind VOR, the governed execution layer for upstream supply chain and logistics. VOR connects planning and decision systems, ERP, personnel and specialist logistics tools into one trusted control layer across cargo, materials, readiness and logistics execution. It surfaces exceptions early, drafts the next step, routes approval and keeps full audit, helping operators improve control, reduce delay and cut avoidable emissions from reactive logistics activity.
