This policy does not cover websites, applications or services operated by third parties, even if they are linked from our website.

• Form and consent records: the time of submission, the page the form was submitted from, your stated consent to be contacted, referrer information and user agent details.

• Demo and contact enquiries are normally kept for up to 24 months after our last meaningful interaction, unless they become part of an ongoing customer, supplier or legal record.

• Rate-limit records used to prevent excessive submissions are short-lived and used only for abuse prevention.
• Analytics data is used in aggregated form and retained according to the reporting settings and retention periods of our analytics provider.
