2. What this policy covers
This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit our website, request a demo, contact us, follow links to our social channels or otherwise communicate with us through the website.
This policy does not cover websites, applications or services operated by third parties, even if they are linked from our website.
3. Personal data we collect
We may collect the following categories of personal data:
- Contact and enquiry details: your name, business email address, company name, job title, how you heard about us, and the content of any message or demo request you send.
- Form and consent records: the time of submission, the page the form was submitted from, your stated consent to be contacted, referrer information and user agent details.
- Technical and security information: IP address, browser type, device information, request headers, pages requested and error information needed to run, secure and troubleshoot the website.
- Cookieless analytics information: aggregated page-view information such as page URL, referrer, approximate location, device type, operating system, browser and event timestamp.
4. How we use personal data
We use personal data to:
- respond to your enquiries and arrange requested product walkthroughs;
- send relevant business communications where you have asked us to contact you;
- operate, maintain, secure and improve the website;
- understand website performance using privacy-preserving, aggregated analytics;
- prevent misuse, spam and excessive form submissions; and
- meet legal, regulatory, accounting and record-keeping obligations.
5. Lawful bases
We rely on the following lawful bases under UK data protection law:
- Consent where you actively ask us to contact you or agree to receive communications from us.
- Legitimate interests where we respond to business enquiries, maintain website security, prevent misuse, understand aggregate website performance and improve our services.
- Legal obligation where we need to keep or disclose information to comply with applicable laws or lawful requests.
6. Cookies and analytics
Our website does not currently set non-essential cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, behavioural advertising cookies, Hotjar or similar tracking tools.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate website usage. Vercel Web Analytics is designed to work without cookies and without tracking visitors across different days or websites. Visitors are identified by a short-lived hash created from the incoming request, and the resulting analytics are used for aggregated statistics only.
If we introduce non-essential cookies or similar tracking technologies in future, we will update this policy and request consent before setting them where consent is required.
7. Who we share personal data with
We may share personal data with:
- hosting, infrastructure and analytics providers, including Vercel;
- email delivery providers, including Resend, when you submit a demo request;
- professional advisers, insurers, auditors and legal representatives; and
- public authorities, regulators or law enforcement where required by law.
We do not sell your personal data.
8. International transfers
Some of our service providers may process personal data outside the United Kingdom. When this happens, we use appropriate safeguards where required, such as adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or equivalent contractual protections.
9. How long we keep personal data
We keep personal data only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes set out in this policy.
- Demo and contact enquiries are normally kept for up to 24 months after our last meaningful interaction, unless they become part of an ongoing customer, supplier or legal record.
- Records needed for legal, tax, accounting or dispute purposes may be kept for up to six years, or longer if required by law.
- Rate-limit records used to prevent excessive submissions are short-lived and used only for abuse prevention.
- Analytics data is used in aggregated form and retained according to the reporting settings and retention periods of our analytics provider.
10. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our use of your personal data. You may also have the right to data portability and the right to withdraw consent where we rely on consent.
To exercise your rights, contact us at getvor@streamba.com. We may need to confirm your identity before responding.
You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

12. Security
We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and loss. No website or email transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to keep risk proportionate to the nature of the data we process.
13. Children
Our website is intended for business users and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the website.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and the date above shows when it was last updated.
